American Airlines Group Inc. has finalized a separation deal with former Chief Commercial Officer Vasu Raja, ensuring him severance benefits including his base salary for a specified period, a lump sum payment of $968,750 after this period, and continued travel privileges. These benefits are contingent on his adherence to non-competition and non-solicitation commitments until January 31, 2025.
