America Movil S.a.b. De C.v. (AMX) has released an update.
América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. has reached a pricing agreement on their 10.125% Senior Notes due 2029, with an aggregate principal amount of Ps.17,500,000,000, set to mature on January 22, 2029. The notes will carry an annual interest rate of 10.125%, with interest payments due semi-annually starting July 22, 2024, and the company has outlined terms for optional redemption before and after the Par Call Date of December 22, 2028. They have also planned to list the securities on both the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
