Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. has announced salary increases for its executive team effective July 1, 2024, with the CEO’s base salary rising to $1,260,000. Additionally, on August 9, 2024, the executives will receive equity awards part of the 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, with the CEO set to receive a target value of $28,680,000. These equity awards are a mix of performance-based and time-based incentives, including performance-based restricted stock units and stock options, which are contingent on the company’s stock performance and non-GAAP earnings per share. The vesting of these awards is subject to continued employment and will generally be settled on August 15, 2027, or in the event of a change in control, on an earlier date as determined by the committee.
