Amcomri Entertainment Inc (TSE:AMEN) has released an update.

Amcomri Entertainment Inc. has finalized the sale of its television and film production businesses, with shareholders approving the transactions resulting in net cash proceeds of approximately C$11.83 million and additional considerations. Following the sales, the Company will not engage in active business and plans to return capital to shareholders after paying transaction and winding up expenses, although the amount and timing are uncertain. Changes to the board of directors have occurred, with several resignations and new appointments.
