AMCI Group Exits Jupiter Mines Holding

Jupiter Mines Limited (AU:JMS) has released an update.

AMCI Group, LLC has divested its substantial holding in Jupiter Mines Limited, selling 145,845,372 shares for approximately $47.4 million through an underwritten block trade completed on May 21, 2024. This sale marks the end of AMCI’s position as a major shareholder, a status they have maintained since their last notice to the company in June 2020.
