Ambev S.A., a major player in the beverage industry, has reported its securities transactions for April 2024, in compliance with CVM Instruction #358/2002. The company disclosed a significant transaction involving the delivery of 2,538,751 restricted shares at a price of R$12.49 each, totaling R$31,708,999.99. Following this transaction, Ambev S.A.’s final balance of common shares in treasury stood at 7,474,632.
