Ambev Maintains Stable Treasury Shares Position

Ambev SA (ABEV) has released an update.

Ambev S.A., a major beverage company, reported no transactions with securities and derivatives in August 2024, maintaining an unchanged balance of 31,474,511 common shares in treasury. The information was disclosed in compliance with Article 11 of CVM Instruction # 358/2002, as part of the company’s regular reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission for the month.
