APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
Amber FinCo PLC has initiated a bond offering of 795 million euros, set to mature in 2025, aimed at repaying bridge financing for Applus Services, S.A., refinancing existing debt, and covering related expenses. The bonds, restricted to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons, are subject to market conditions and have not been registered in the U.S. or other jurisdictions, barring public offering and sale in the U.S., EEA, and the U.K. to retail investors.
