Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of an additional 2,236 shares of Applus Services, S.A. at 12.78 euros each, increasing its stake to 71.86% of Applus’s share capital. This move is part of a takeover bid for the delisting of Applus, indicating Amber EquityCo’s strategy to consolidate ownership.
