APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced its recent acquisition of 9,190 shares in Applus Services at a price of 12.78 euros each. This purchase increases their holding to 71.84% of Applus’s share capital, signifying a significant step towards the company’s delisting following a takeover bid initiated on 19 July 2024.
