AmBase Corporation mourns the loss of Mr. Jerry Y. Carnegie, a long-serving director since 2009 and the chairman of its Accounting and Audit Committee. Although Mr. Carnegie had decided not to seek re-election for another term, his unexpected passing has left the company to deliberate on whether to reduce the Board size or seek a replacement for his vacated seat. His contributions and absence will be felt deeply within the company.
