Amati AIM VCT has concluded its strategic review and decided to switch its investment manager from Amati Global Investors to Maven Capital Partners UK LLP. This change aims to enhance the company’s investment strategy by adopting an “AIM Plus” approach, allowing a mix of investments in both AIM-listed and private companies.
