Amati AIM VCT PLC is pleased to announce the successful passing of all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting held on June 13, 2024, with significant majority votes in favor. The resolutions included adopting the Annual Report and Accounts, approving the Directors’ Remuneration Policy and Report, the dividend policy, and re-electing company directors. Additionally, special resolutions such as the company’s authority to purchase its own shares and to call general meetings with 14 days’ notice were also passed.
