Amaroq Minerals Ltd., a mine development company with assets in Greenland, has released its Annual Report for 2023 and has scheduled its virtual Annual and Special General Meeting for June 14, 2024. Shareholders are set to vote on the company’s transition from the Canada Business Corporations Act to the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), aiming to offer greater director appointment flexibility. The company is also seeking approval for its financial statements, auditor re-appointment, and amended stock and share unit plans.
