Amaroq Minerals Ltd., a mine development company specializing in gold and strategic minerals in Southern Greenland, has updated its share capital to 327,418,727 common shares following option exercises. In corporate moves, the company has granted new stock options and announced the interim appointment of Anna Mkrtchyan as VP Finance following the stepping down of CFO Jaco Crouse. Amaroq is progressing towards the reactivation of the Nalunaq Gold mine, with production anticipated by the end of 2024.
