Bob Latta, a director at Amaero International Limited, has increased his indirect beneficial interest in the company through Pegasus Growth Capital Fund I, acquiring 400,000 Ordinary shares at $0.379 each. Following the purchase, Latta and his spouse now hold an indirect 6.3% interest in Pegasus’ total shares in Amaero. This transaction, conducted as an on-market trade, has been disclosed in accordance with the ASX listing rules.
