AMA Group’s Equity Raise Dilutes Thorney’s Stake

Ama Group Limited (AU:AMA) has released an update.

AMA Group Limited has experienced a change in shareholding, with Thorney Opportunities Ltd’s stake diluting as a result of an equity raising completed by AMA on August 15, 2024. The dilution reduced Thorney’s voting power in AMA from 12.62% to 11.53%. Details of the changes were provided in a Form 604 submitted in compliance with the Corporations Act 2001.
