AMA Group Limited has announced a new securities issue, consisting of an accelerated offer and a separate placement, totaling approximately 2.98 billion shares. The offer will resume trading on an ex-entitlement basis on July 22, 2024, with the issue date for retail security holders set for August 16, 2024. The placement’s proposed issue date is scheduled for July 29, 2024.
