Alvotech Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Alvotech (ALVO) has released an update.

Alvotech successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024, where shareholders approved the annual and consolidated financial statements, acknowledged a loss for the year, and resolved to carry it forward. Key resolutions included renewing Deloitte Audit as the independent auditor and appointing Mr. Hjörleifur Pálsson as a new director of the company. The meeting concluded with an advisory vote on the board of directors’ remuneration report for the past financial year.
