Alvopetro Energy (TSE:ALV) has released an update.
Alvopetro Energy Ltd. has reported a decrease in May 2024 sales volumes to 1,418 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), down from 1,808 boepd in April, largely due to a temporary drop in consumer demand affecting natural gas sales. The company, focused on becoming a leading operator in Brazil, particularly in natural gas in the state of Bahia, experienced reduced natural gas nominations from Bahiagás. Despite this, Alvopetro remains committed to its strategy of unlocking the on-shore natural gas potential in the region.
