Alvo Minerals Limited has issued a notice regarding a change in the interest of Director Robert Michael Smakman, who has acquired 2,000,000 unlisted performance rights at $0.35 each, set to expire on 1 June 2028. The acquisition of these rights, which was approved at the company’s AGM on 29 May 2024, has increased Smakman’s total interest in the company, which now includes over 8.5 million fully paid ordinary shares and various options.
