Aluminum Corporation of China Limited has announced a postponement of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to November 19, 2024, due to additional resolutions for shareholders’ consideration. Consequently, the book closure period for determining shareholders’ eligibility to attend the EGM and receive the interim dividend has been adjusted, with new dates set for November 13-19 and November 23-28, 2024, respectively.
