Aluminum Corporation of China Limited has announced the immediate resignation of Mr. Zhu Runzhou, the executive director and general manager, who is stepping down due to reaching statutory retirement age. The company assures shareholders that Zhu’s departure will not affect the board’s operations or the company’s performance, and a replacement will be appointed promptly in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Mr. Zhu’s contributions to the company have been acknowledged with gratitude by the board.
