Aluminum Corporation of China Limited has announced the composition of its Board of Directors, including Executive, Non-executive, and Independent Non-executive members, as well as the establishment of five Board committees. Key figures include Shi Zhirong as Chairman of the Board, with each member serving on various committees committed to audit, nomination, remuneration, development and planning, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters.
