Altona Energy (GB:REE) has released an update.
Altona Rare Earths PLC has successfully raised £1,294,000, combining both equity and debt, for its resource exploration and development ventures in Africa. The funds will be allocated to issuing new shares and satisfying existing creditors, with a total of 76,248,759 new shares anticipated to be issued after regulatory approvals. Additionally, Altona has extended its exclusivity period with Ignate African Minerals Ltd for the Botswana copper license until mid-July 2024.
