Altona Rare Earths PLC has appointed Simon Charles as its new Chairman, a seasoned legal professional with previous non-executive directorship and committee roles in the company. The announcement follows the successful passing of all resolutions at Altona’s recent General Meeting. CEO Cedric Simonet expresses confidence in Charles’s leadership during a pivotal time for the mining company, which is actively developing critical raw material projects in Africa.
