Altona Energy (GB:REE) has released an update.
Altona Rare Earths PLC has announced that Martin Wood will step down as the Non-Executive Chairman on August 10, 2024, marking the end of his four-year term. The company, which is known for its focus on critical raw materials exploration in Africa and has transitioned to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, will announce a new Chairman in due course. CEO Cedric Simonet expressed gratitude for Wood’s service and contributions to the company’s growth.
