Alto Metals Moves Closer to Brightstar Acquisition

Brightstar Resources Limited (AU:BTR) has released an update.

Alto Metals Limited is advancing towards a potential acquisition by Brightstar Resources Limited, with the Supreme Court of Western Australia ordering a shareholder meeting to vote on the proposed scheme. Shareholders are urged to review the Scheme Booklet, which will be available post-registration with the ASIC, before casting their vote at the meeting scheduled for 19 November 2024. The directors of Alto have unanimously recommended shareholders vote in favor of the scheme, with the final decision pending court approval and satisfaction of scheme conditions.
