Alto Metals’ Acquisition Details and Voting Call

Brightstar Resources Limited (AU:BTR) has released an update.

Alto Metals Limited has announced that their Scheme Booklet regarding the acquisition by Brightstar Resources Limited has been registered with ASIC, providing Alto shareholders with necessary information on the proposed arrangement. The booklet includes the Independent Expert’s Report, which concludes the scheme is reasonable and in the shareholders’ best interests, albeit not fair, in the absence of a better offer. Shareholders are advised to review the Scheme Booklet carefully and vote at the upcoming meeting scheduled for 19 November 2024.
