Altius Renewable Royalties Celebrates Shareholder Approval

Altius Renewable Royalties (TSE:ARR) has released an update.

Altius Renewable Royalties Corp. has announced a successful annual and special meeting with all resolutions approved by a record 89.7% shareholder participation. The resolutions included the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors, the election of directors, and the approval of ‘Say On Pay’ and unallocated entitlements under the Long-Term Incentive Plan. The company, focused on providing capital to the renewable energy sector, boasts a growing portfolio with an 18.6 GW project pipeline.
