Altius Minerals Optimistic Despite Q1 Revenue Dip

Altius Minerals (TSE:ALS) has released an update.

Altius Minerals Corporation has reported a first-quarter revenue of $13.9 million in 2024, down from $22.7 million the previous year, with an attributable royalty revenue of $17.4 million. Despite a decline due to the Genesee Mine closure and potash price moderation, the company is optimistic about the growth of its renewable energy revenue and the development of its Kami and Silicon royalties. Altius also increased its annual dividend to $0.36 per share and highlighted a significant transaction with Silvercorp Metals Inc. that will enhance its financial position without affecting its 2% net smelter return royalty.
