Altius Minerals Corporation has announced that its subsidiary, Altius Renewable Royalties, will be partially acquired by Northampton Capital Partners for C$162 million, with the transaction set to finalize in Q4 2024. This strategic move will result in ARR being delisted from the TSX and operating under a joint ownership structure.
