Altium Shareholders to Vote on Renesas Acquisition

Altium (AU:ALU) has released an update.

Altium Limited has announced the registration of a Scheme Booklet with ASIC, detailing the upcoming shareholder vote on the acquisition of Altium by Renesas Electronics, with a proposed cash Scheme Consideration of A$68.50 per share. An Independent Expert has endorsed the Scheme as beneficial for shareholders in the absence of a superior proposal. Shareholders will decide on the proposed acquisition during a meeting scheduled for 12 July 2024.
