Altium Limited has announced that its shareholders have voted favorably for the acquisition by Renesas Electronics Corporation, with a significant majority supporting the scheme of arrangement. The acquisition is now pending a final court approval and the satisfaction of certain conditions, with shares expected to be suspended from trading on July 19, 2024. If approved, shareholders will receive A$68.50 per share on August 1, 2024, with the timeline subject to change.
