Altium (AU:ALU) has released an update.
Altium Limited has announced that a shareholder meeting to vote on Renesas Electronics Corporation’s proposed acquisition of Altium for A$68.50 per share will be held following court approval. The Independent Expert concluded this offer to be in the best interest of shareholders, within the assessed value range of A$62.37 to A$70.27 per share. Shareholders will receive detailed information through a Scheme Booklet and are recommended by the Altium Board to vote in favor of the scheme.
