Altium (AU:ALU) has released an update.
Altium Limited, an Australian multinational software corporation, is on the verge of being acquired by Renesas Electronics NSW Pty Ltd, with Altium shareholders set to vote on the deal on July 12, 2024. Altium has released financial details for three of its subsidiaries in compliance with Tokyo Stock Exchange rules, which are pertinent to the acquisition but not considered market sensitive. The financial information has been previously disclosed on a consolidated basis, and upon acquisition, these financials will be assimilated into Renesas’s accounts.
