Altiplano Metals Inc. has announced a continuation of the delay in filing its annual audited financial statements, originally due by July 29, 2024, due to the resignation of its CFO and ongoing audit procedures. The company is working closely with its auditors to complete the statements and expects to file by August 30, 2024. Meanwhile, a Management Cease Trade Order has been issued, restricting trading by the company’s executives while allowing others to trade freely.
