Altiplano Metals Inc. is actively working with its auditor to complete the annual audited financial statements, delayed due to a CFO resignation and mining lease negotiations. A Management Cease Trade Order has been issued, limiting trading by company executives, while regular trading for others remains unaffected. The company assures no steps toward insolvency have been taken and plans to issue bi-weekly updates until the financial statements are filed.
