Altima Resources Ltd. has announced a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements and related disclosures for the fiscal year ended February 29, 2024, due to a recent acquisition. The company is working closely with auditors to complete the filing by July 26, 2024, and has requested a management cease trade order to allow trading by non-insiders. Altima will provide bi-weekly updates as it works to resolve the filing delay.
