Alterra Limited has received shareholder approval to delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with plans to suspend trading of its shares on July 26, 2024, and finalize delisting by July 29, 2024. Shareholders have at least one month to sell their securities on the ASX, and those wishing to explore other options are encouraged to contact the company secretary. The decision follows the successful completion of a minimum holding share buy-back program.
