Alternus Clean Energy (ALCE) just unveiled an announcement.
Solis Bond Company, an Irish subsidiary of Alternus Clean Energy, issued €200 million in green bonds in 2021. Recently, Solis announced a plan to repay €5.7 million of these bonds using funds from asset divestiture in the Netherlands. Additionally, Solis secured temporary covenant waivers and maturity date extensions for the bonds until April 30, 2024, with potential month-to-month extensions until November 29, 2024.
