Alterity Therapeutics Limited has announced the issuance of 7,097,419 new ordinary fully paid shares as a result of the exercise of options. These shares are slated to be quoted on the ASX under the security code ATH with the issue date recorded as April 22, 2024. The company’s total issued capital will now comprise over 5 billion ordinary shares and various options with different expiry dates.
