Altech Chemicals Limited (AU:ATC) has released an update.
Altech Batteries Limited has successfully closed its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), raising $3.72 million from the issuance of over 57 million shares and around 28 million options. The company plans to allocate these funds to advance its CERENERGY® battery project and the Silumina Anodes™ battery materials project. The new shares and options will be issued and commence trading on the ASX on the 22nd of May, 2024.
