Altech Batteries Limited is looking to energize its financials by offering up to $30,000 in shares to each Eligible Shareholder at $0.065 per share, aiming to raise up to $5 million. This capital raise comes with a bonus, offering one free option for every two shares purchased, exercisable at $0.08 until April 2026. Shareholders must act by 5:00pm (WST) on 8 May 2024 to partake in this Share Purchase Plan, which is deemed highly speculative.
