AltaGas Ltd. (TSE:ALA) has released an update.
AltaGas Ltd. has announced the issuance of $600 million in senior unsecured medium term notes, divided into $350 million with a 5.141% coupon rate due 2034, and $250 million with a 5.597% rate due 2054. The proceeds from this offering will be used to refinance existing debt, fund working capital, and for general corporate purposes. Additionally, the company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2975 per share, payable to shareholders on March 28, 2024.
