AltaGas Ltd. has successfully converted over one million of its Series H Shares into Series G Shares, resulting in an outstanding count of 8 million Series G Shares and the delisting of Series H Shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange as of September 30, 2024. Investors holding Series G Shares are now entitled to a fixed cumulative preferential cash dividend, with an annual rate of 6.017% until 2029.
