Alstom SA Reinforces Leadership with New Governance

Alstom SA (FR:ALO) has released an update.

Alstom’s Shareholders’ Meeting approved all resolutions, including the annual accounts and executive remunerations, while also appointing new board members and splitting the roles of Chairman and CEO. The company’s leadership acknowledged this change as a strategic move to reinforce the Board’s commitment and continue the Group’s transformation. Philippe Petitcolin has been appointed as the new Chairman, with Henri Poupart-Lafarge continuing as CEO.
