Alset Capital Inc. has successfully completed the initial part of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.41 million through the sale of over 5.6 million units, with each unit consisting of a common share and a half warrant. The funds are earmarked for capital expenditures, working capital, and other corporate needs, with plans to finalize a second tranche soon. Securities from this private placement are subject to a four-month hold period as per securities regulations.
