Alset Capital Finalizes $1.6M Private Placement

Alset Capital, Inc. (TSE:KSUM) has released an update.

Alset Capital Inc. has successfully completed its second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $1.6 million. The placement included 6.4 million units, each consisting of one common share and a half warrant, allowing the acquisition of additional shares at $0.40 each within 36 months. Funds from this placement are earmarked for capital expenditures, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
