Alset AI Ventures Inc. has undergone significant leadership restructuring, with Mr. Morgan Good stepping down as CEO and Director, alongside Mr. Jeremy Hanson’s resignation as Director. Mr. Zelong (Roger) He has been appointed as the Interim CEO and Mr. Jack Huang as an independent Director. The company also announced a grant of 4.25 million stock options at a price of $0.06 per share.
